Terms of Service
Welcome to Her Story - She Blooms (the “App”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and us. Please read carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: Some content in the App is generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). We perform compliance and quality checks, but such content may be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable. Please use discretion and report issues via in-app feedback.
1. Definitions
- “App/Service”: the Her Story app and associated webpages, API services, content distribution and resource management services.
- “Account”: the user identity created or assigned in the App (including guest, bound and logged-in accounts).
- “Virtual coins/gift points”: virtual units used within the App (e.g., coins and gift_points), for in-app use only, without real-world currency attributes.
- “AI-generated content”: content generated or assisted by AI models.
- “Virtual goods/services”: in-app digital entitlements, features, or content.
2. Accounts and Guest Mode
- Login is not mandatory. A guest identity may be generated upon first use to provide basic features and data persistence.
- You may bind or log in to gain fuller functionality (e.g., cross-device sync, recharge and consumption records).
- You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure. Do not impersonate, borrow or share other users’ accounts.
- If you discover an account anomaly or security risk, contact us via in-app “Settings → Feedback & Help”.
3. Service Scope
We provide, including but not limited to: video browsing and recommendations, watch progress sync, likes/favorites, search, virtual coin recharge and consumption, events and rewards.
We may adjust, add or remove features as needed and will provide reasonable notice.
4. AI-Generated Content Statement
- AI-generated/assisted content is for reference/entertainment and does not constitute professional advice or guarantees.
- We strive for quality and compliance but do not guarantee complete accuracy, timeliness or suitability for all scenarios.
- Report inappropriate, infringing or incorrect content via in-app feedback; we will address it promptly.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to comply with laws and public order and shall not:
- Publish or disseminate illegal, obscene, violent, fraudulent, hateful, infringing or otherwise unsuitable content.
- Violate third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other lawful interests.
- Circumvent payments, perform reverse engineering, inject malicious code, or interfere with/disrupt the Service or its networks.
- Scrape, bulk download, or use automated bots without authorization to access the Service.
- Engage in cheating, fake transactions, cash-out, money laundering or other activities harming the platform or others.
If you violate these Terms, we may issue warnings, restrict features, freeze accounts, suspend access, revoke entitlements or seek legal remedies.
6. Virtual Coins, Gift Points and Recharge
- Virtual coins and gift points are for in-app use only, non-convertible to fiat and not financial products.
- Recharge is typically processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing and is subject to their policies.
- Prices, packages and exchange ratios may change; updates will be displayed or notified appropriately.
- Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered; if refunds are adjudicated by the platform, we will roll back orders and ledger entries accordingly.
- In cases of abnormal transactions, fraud or policy violations, we may freeze assets and conduct risk reviews.
- Event rewards or gift points may have validity periods, usage scopes or other restrictions as published.
7. Payment, Settlement and Verification
- We will verify in-app purchase receipts to ensure transaction security and user interests.
- If payments fail due to network, device or platform reasons, we will assist in investigation and strive to protect your rights.
- For chargebacks, disputes or suspected fraud, we may temporarily restrict related features and conduct investigations.
8. Content Copyright and Complaints
- You must have lawful rights for content you publish (where applicable); you grant us the necessary rights to display, store and transmit such content within the scope of providing the Service.
- If you believe content infringes your lawful rights, submit a complaint via in-app “Settings → Feedback & Help”; we will process according to law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may integrate or reference third-party services (e.g., App Store/Google Play, SMS services, CDNs). We make no guarantees regarding their availability, accuracy or compliance; you must abide by their terms.
11. Liability Limitation and Disclaimers
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- We do not guarantee complete accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content; such content is for reference only.
- Where permitted, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant services in the month or most recent three months arising from the event (if any).
12. Service Changes, Suspension and Termination
- We may change, suspend or terminate the Service due to operational, technical or legal needs and will provide reasonable notice.
- For serious violations of these Terms or laws, we may immediately impose restrictions or termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the mandatory laws of your residence where applicable; otherwise, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply.
Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, submit to the competent People’s Court at our place of registration.
14. Protection of Minors
We recommend minors use the App under guardian supervision. Where applicable, we will comply with laws/regulations and obtain guardian consent when required.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to business or legal changes. Material changes will be notified via in-app announcements or dialogs. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
